Train with Glenn Beamon — a 5th degree black belt in karate with 40+ years in martial arts and fighting skills. His partner-free Timing Training system uses focused bag work to improve punching, kicking, blocking, placement, power, strength, and confidence.
Glenn Beamon is a 5th degree black belt in karate who has been involved in martial arts and other fighting skills for more than 40 years. In 1997, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, but he never stopped training. In fact, that challenge helped him develop a fighting system that does not require a training partner — only a punching bag.
His system is designed to create warriors without hurting others during the learning process. The focus is on placing every kick and punch in the right location with maximum power. Glenn calls it Timing Training to give it a little mystery, but the principle is simple: what you focus on is what makes you successful, in training and in every area of life. Getting stronger and becoming more confident in your abilities is the goal. Glenn is now 62 years old and still training.
Timing Training is not only for beginners. Glenn works with new students and experienced fighters, helping each person improve the techniques they already use through focused explanation, correct placement, repetition, power, and confidence.
Start with the basics: making a proper fist, becoming comfortable with punching, learning correct kicking technique, blocking, and controlled bag work.
Build on the basics with better punch and kick placement, blocking strategy, focused bag work, stronger impact, and technique explained step by step.
For experienced fighters who already know what they can do and want to explore ways to make specific techniques better, stronger, cleaner, and more effective.
Choose the date and a specific time that works for you. Glenn will be there online for the session, with training adjusted to your level, technique, and individual needs.
“I went from zero to throwing clean combos in 3 months. Glenn corrects every detail live — like he's right next to you. Lost 18 lbs too.”
“Best decision ever. The virtual format actually makes me train harder — no hiding. My kicks are faster than guys at my local gym now.”
“Glenn prepped me for my first fight completely online. Strategy, conditioning, mental game — we won by TKO in round 2. This system is legit.”
Start with the basics and keep practicing them from beginning to end. Punching, kicking, blocking, correct placement, and focused repetition are the foundation for maximum power, stronger technique, and greater confidence.
